While we wish we could include everyone's children, we are only able to accommodate the children who are part of our wedding party. Thank you for understanding.

Please arrive at the skit lift by no later than 2:30pm. The ski lift will start running to the ceremony site at that time, so we want to make sure everyone has enough time to get up the mountain and be seated comfortably.

Our ceremony will take place at the top of the mountain, and all guests will arrive via a scenic ski lift ride! The lift is the main way to access the ceremony site, so please allow extra time for boarding. Lift attendants will be available to assist, and there will be a dedicated line for wedding guests. The lift will operate before and after the ceremony to bring everyone up and down safely. ***We recommend the ladies wear shoes that are secure. If you're wearing backless heels, please feel free to hold them in your hands during the ride, or opt for shoes with straps in the back to keep them secure while you enjoy the view!***

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Hunter Mountain. The ceremony will be held at the top of the mountain, offering beautiful panoramic views, so bring your sunglasses and your sense of adventure! Afterward, we’ll head to the bottom of the mountain for the reception at the Copper Tree Restaurant. Cocktail hour will be enjoyed on the patio of the Copper Tree, with plenty of drinks, bites, and fresh mountain air. Transportation to the summit and back will be provided via the scenic chairlift!

Yes! The entire 5-hour wedding celebration ,including the cocktail hour and reception, will have a full open bar. So come thirsty, and enjoy responsibly!

Yes! The celebration doesn’t stop after the reception. Join us for the after-party at Van Winkle’s Restaurant from 10:00 PM to 12:30AM, located right inside the Kaatskill Mountain Club. Drinks there will be cash bar, but we’ll be providing late-night bites like sliders, flatbread pizzas, and warm pretzels to keep everyone satisfied while the party winds down. We’ll also have access to the fire pit and patio, so you can relax under the stars.

Yes, the main accommodation will be on-site at Hunter Mountain at the Kaatskill Mountain Club, so you’ll be just steps away from all the wedding events! You can reserve your room by calling the group reservation line 855-947-0443. Guests can call every day from 8am-5pm. When reserving please use the discount code: SHUDON26 to receive 20% off your stay. We recommend booking early to ensure availability, these rooms tend to fill up quickly, especially during event weekends! Hunter Mountain does have a two-night minimum so if you prefer to only stay for one night please go to the travel/lodging section of our wedding website for back up options!
